Mr. DelBovo brings over 30 years of executive experience at organizations such as Schneider National, Dart Transit, and Saddle Creek Transportation. In his most recent role, he served as COO at Dillon Logistics. Mr. DelBovo is a recognized transportation industry expert in Natural Gas for Class 8 Transportation and was named as a “Pro to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine and a “Rainmaker” by DC Velocity Magazine. Mr. DelBovo holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Carroll University and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Geoff Hawtrey (brings/holds) 25 years of experience in the transportation systems industry. Mr. Hawtrey has held key leadership positions at Daseke Incorporated, and Saddlecreek Transportation. Mr. Hawtrey has been at Arnold since 2020. Geoff Hawtrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Indiana.

Ryan began his career in trailer rentals and leasing in 1994 and progressed through all aspects of the industry through operations and sales. Ryan has decades of experience in the Transportation and Third-Party Logistics industry. Through his years of service, he has acquired vast experience and expertise in sales, dispatch, warehousing, and third-party logistics. His focus is on building relationships with customers and suppliers through great service, hard work and dedication

Lee Gomez began his logistics career in 1998.  Mr. Gomez has held key positions such as Logistics Manager at Nokia Mobile Phones and Transportation Manager at Poly America.  Mr. Gomez has been with Arnold since 2004.Through these years of service at Arnold, he has held various positions such as Driver Manager, Load Planner, Extended Coverage Manager, Customer Service and Planning Manager, Operations Manager and Director of Operations.
